Graeme Lynch, CEO, Heart Foundation Tasmania
Graeme Lynch was first appointed to the Heart Foundation in Tasmania in 2008 and has a background in hospitality, business and law. As part of his work with the Heart Foundation, Mr Lynch currently chairs the Premiers Physical Activity Council, the Tasmanian Chronic Disease Prevention Alliance and the Health in All Policies Collaboration. Graeme is also a board member of Primary Health Tasmania and on the Management Committee of the Tasmanian Data Linkage Unit in addition to his work with the Hearth Foundation.
