About WIPN
The Women in Planning Network is your local divisional group for Women Planners, supported by the SA Division of 澳门2023全年正版免费资料.
The network aims to increase gender equity in SA planning. It also provides a space for all women in the planning profession to network and meet other like-minded professionals, discuss issues and find support for professional development from other women, as well as, advocate to increase gender equity in our profession, across all levels.
The networking committee aims to connect with fellow planning professionals through various events throughout the year.

Can I be Involved?
There are many ways you can become involved in the WIPN. What is it you are passionate about? Would you like to be involved in organising and/or running one of our events or programs? There is no formal membership to the network.If you would like to be a part of the Women in Planning Network and help shape the network here in South Australia, please email sa@planning.org.au or if you have any questions about the network please call the SA team on 08 8337 8816.

Outstanding Woman in Planning Award
The Outstanding Woman in Planning Award recognises women’s contributions to planning outcomes, policy and practice.
This award is presented to a female planner who has made an outstanding contribution to planning in SA in the preceding 24 months. Nomination criteria include: an outstanding commitment to professional work; an outstanding contribution in leadership, operational, volunteering and mentoring roles within South Australia; and strong support for women in the related built environment profession(s).
