- Women's Planning Network
The Women Planning Network's annual retreat is a pivotal event in our calendar, bringing together professionals from various sectors to discuss and address key issues facing women in planning and the built environment. This year, our focus is on empowerment, providing workshops aimed at equipping women with the skills necessary to excel in senior roles within our industry.
Set against the serene backdrop of Freycinet, the retreat will offer a tranquil environment for reflection and growth. From empowering discussions to rejuvenating activities, you’ll find ample opportunities to unwind, recharge, and connect with your peers.
The day will be designed to inspire and empower women to take on leadership roles and overcome barriers in their career, and enhance leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills essential necessary to do so, along with a deep dive into how planners can actively contribute to creating inclusive and empowering environments for women in urban development projects.
