He has dedicated his career to the pursuit of planning excellence and the growth of the profession, going about his work with a quiet modesty but innate leadership and determination to achieve results. David embodies the vision of the planners everywhere to create better places to live and work for all Western Australians and is a very worthy recipient of the W E Bold Memorial Medal.
